[FM Discuss] fr french manual

Bug?
Nono...it was intended to work this way. We might change it following  
the discussions we had in Paris but we need to consider the arrange  
function and how it might harmonize file and chapter named. Aco (FM  
programmer) is coming to Amsterdam in 2 weeks specifically so we can  
discuss this and other issues.
