I would like to contribute in a spanish translation of the GNU/Linux Commands manual.

I had just joined to the mailing list, so I like to know the next step:

¿How can I access to the translation system? ¿Is there any way to know if anyone else is actually doing this work, and if so, making a good coordination with him/her?
