I've just transfered the manual to the French FM site. You can start translating it from http://fr.flossmanuals.net/bin/view/CommandLineIntro/WebHome
You must register first (fr and translate sites are different) and then read the FM manual (http://en.flossmanuals.net/flossmanuals) in order to become familiar with the tool.
