[FM Discuss] Please publish latest changes to "Making Sugar Activities"

I took some time off this week and spent much of it finishing some new
chapters for the "Make Your Own Sugar Activities!" book.  The book is
now chapter complete, and I'd like for all of my latest changes to be
published.

I'm not concerned about the "Credits" page this time.  I added a
chapter "About The Authors" which should clear up who wrote what, even
if the copyright notices on the Credits page are inaccurate.
