Hey there,

A question for book sprinters and maintainers...

CiviCRM (very nearly and hopefully) has funding to update the book
'Understanding CiviCRM - a guide for non profits'. We'll be doing this in
the book sprint style, though on a smaller scale than last time (2 or 3 less
people and one less day).

At this point, the aims of the sprint are to:

   - fill in some of the small gaps from last time
   - update to include new functionality that wasn't around when we wrote
   the last book
   - improve some of the weaker chapters
   - make the book less version specific and future proof

Because we already have something pretty substantial in place, I'm thinking
this book sprint will look quite different to the last. Have any of you
book sprinters been involved in sprints to update already existing books?
Would be great to hear your experiences on what was different, how you
approached them, etc.

Thanks,
Michael

PS. The sprint is scheduled for April 24th to 27th.
