if there's something I'm omitting or if you're facing a new blocking
issue)
Anne, Edward, thank you for your help so far!

Interesting!
One thing I wasn't able to glean from http://en.flossmanuals.net/booki
is: why write a new tool? Booki sounds like a rewrite of Flossmanuals.
Is Flossmanuals still maintained? Is it going to be, moving forward?
Or is there some migration path to Booki? (ah, here's one answer, at
least: I found http://booki-dev.flossmanuals.net/ticket/60 - "add fm
import")

I filed an enhancement:
http://booki-dev.flossmanuals.net/ticket/127 - "provide
cross-referencing so authors can refer to other parts of a document in
a way that can be sensibly rendered on displays and in print"

Thank you!
It's not hard for us to mail the list and request this (and I'd
imagine it would be an infrequent request) so, whatever works best
with publishing is fine.

You may already know about
http://booki-dev.flossmanuals.net/ticket/95 - "end-of-book indexing"

Ok, no sweat, thank you. I think Anita (Cc'd) mentioned this wasn't a
blocker for her at the moment, only that it was slower to upload them
one by one.
