[FM Discuss] Cover image for Make Your Own Sugar Activities!

Last Monday I created a cover image for the book "Make Your Own Sugar
ASctivities!".  I tried to upload them as attachments to the list but
they were rejected for being too large.  I then posted them to my
Picasa account here:

It's the same image in two different sizes.  I added the smaller of
the two to the Introduction and requested that this chapter be
published, and that a cover be created for Lulu using the new image
and the same font, etc. used in other Sugar manuals on the site.

It's been nearly a week and the Introduction has not been published
and I haven't heard anything about Lulu either.  I don't expect anyone
to drop everything and do this but I did think I would get some kind
of confirmation that the images I submitted were suitable or not, etc.

Also someone suggested combining this book with another Sugar book and
getting it printed for Linux Fest.  I wasn't that keen on the idea,
but I still wondered what happened afterwards.

I don't mean to nag but I feel like I've been left hanging.  I'd feel
better if I knew what's going on.
