Try another browser? Seriously - there are plenty to chose from. I
can't guarantee that it will work, but it's as good an idea as any.
Chrome/chromium is good, opera is good, I've even used IE when in a
pickle

As it stands, the flossmanuals backend is undergoing a complete
re-write. Therefore the chances of someone fixing this issue at a
fundamental level are unlikely, although with enough persuasion, I
imagine you could convince the aco/andycat/adam to implement it....
