[FM Discuss] Change chapter names and/or delete chapters?

Hi Mike - You're working on the Mifos manual, right? I added a link to it
from the main WRITE page (just makes it easy to get to), hope that's okay -
I know it's still a work in progress.

Let me try to answer these questions below.

As an admin I have a MOVE/DELETE link in the left column on FM. When I go to
a chapter and then click that MOVE/DELETE link, I get an option to move or
rename that chapter, and it instructs me to move it to the "Trash web" if I
want to delete it. So, you could send the names of the chapters you want too
rename or delete to the list and an admin can do it - I'll volunteer for
this round if you'd like.

Yep, that's more-or-less what's going to happen, but it does appear to be a
permissions thing.

We may also be able to add a Mifos person as administrator for this type of
undertaking - Adam or Cara can do that I think.
