clicking on the manual takes you to the edit interface where you can 
click publish (if you have access). then just ask the tech list for help 
with editing the url <tech at lists.flossmanuals.net> for linking to the 
front page and making pdfs with objavi

i've just done this & will email back to the list when the manuals fully 
published
