[FM Discuss] using Flossmanuals (was: request to start new manual for Mifos)

Hi Anita and Adam,

I've just added you as maintainers, so you should now have any rights
you need to keep the Mifos manual in good working order! if it's
hasn't worked or you have any problems just post back to the list
