I think there's a great, relevant post up right now about content
creationism and the difficulties surrounding giveaways.

Fractional gigs, content curation, make vs. gather, filter like crazy, I
could go on. But there are many interesting points about writing/creating
content for a living that I think this group would enjoy, and it seems
apropos to this thread.
