I can't speak for everyone here, but I believe the delay has to do with our 
discussing changing to Create Space rather than LuLu.com for the publishing 
option.  I have been working with Anne Gentle to get some volumes ready for 
the upcoming Linux Fest and that may be the reason for the delay.

One of the key advantages of switching to Create Space is that the books 
will automatically be available via Amazon.com.  I understand that this has 
been an on-going problem with going through LuLu.

I'll try to take a look at your manual tonite and see if I can move it
