Thanks Adam! We've been busy setting up books to take to sell at the show -
I've got a blog post describing the process so others can replicate it. At
least I hope they'll be done in time. Fidgety stuff, ye olde printing setup.
Ha.

We've set up those three titles for "Pro plan" (which means cheap pricing
and wide distribution channels) and John Rigdon can help you with order
requests. John has been instrumental in setting this up and helping so much.
His capacity for patience and detail is impressive.
