But it appears that the AIDR manual wasn't published to that site and only lived in the Write part of our site. The difference here is that the text data only lives in the database and is tricky to separate out. We have a back up of the whole database and data but it would only be useful if you are able to install booktype locally to export that manual. Sorry not to be able to help more. Also I'm sad that when Mick was working hard to recruit people to migrate manuals, making repeated requests for help on this list, none of the AIDR team seem to have got the message. Both these things are unfortunate. Also, it was not easy to find the source for booktype [1] from the booktype.pro website, which was frustrating to me and I expect others might feel frustrated by that also. Promoting the hosted product without linking the source is not ideal, IMHO. After some searching I did find this excellent article [2] written by sourcefabric, which I hope will enable others to install booktype and extract manuals from Mick's postgreSQL dump. It just got to a point where we had to turn off the server. Let's try to get a situation where we can get at least the text of the manual back and the image files. Firstly offline. If you are interested in trying to get an online version back up please let me know and we can move the discussion to the admin list.
