[Booki-dev] update meeting

hi,

Douglas, June and I have been trying to work out meeting times. Its
proving very difficult, so I suggest I meet with the Archive crew weekly
and we don't try to get Douglas up at 2 in the morning. This makes it
much easier to get a meeting time.

I will feed FM updates from Aco and Douglas into the meeting. I sent an
email to Brewster and June to try again for Monday.
