[Booki-dev] Fwd: Problem with Lulu content item #9186585

  I keep getting these "font not embedded" error messages from Lulu...

The interior PDF looks fine:

and the cover PDF does too:
http://www.lulu.com/items/volume_68/9186000/9186585/2/print/9186585_cover.pdf

To be on the safe side with the cover file I outlined all the fonts, so 
the problem cannot be there.
Any chance Objavi exports PDFs that are not compatible with Lulu?
