hey Doug,

Mushon has been working hard on the Collab Futures. He asked if we could
wrap each chapter in a div which Aco did - it was so he could control
h2/h3 behaviours on specific pages

however, in the process the chapter number at the top of the page
somehow got killed.

do you have a min to have a look if its a quick fix?

mushon is on this list and can add more detail...
