I pasted the last meeting notes below in this email. Acro, Adam and
Douglas are you ready to meet on Wed 31 March? If yes, I will talk to
Brewster about who on the Archive's end should be in the technical meeting
and make sure they have notes if they don't already.
Best,
Winnie

Agenda
Next steps for IA/Booki integration
Summary
Acro, Adam and Douglas are currently in NZ for a 4 day code sprint. At the
end of which they hope to have a Beta 1 candidate. Floss wants to get
Booki working, more robust; resulting in an easier integration with IA.
Floss next steps are to talk to IA programmers technical conversation
with IA in mind. Deliverable from conversation would be 1) to do list and
2) schedule.
To do list examples:
- Login issues (IA/Booki so you don't have to login in twice) seamless for
end user
- Versioning, how to know which version and how to deal with?
Technical conversation can happen via Skype chat or phone call or through
Booki discussion list (TBD).
Adam's idea: work with Distributed Proofreader Group as a trial with IA
and Floss. Distributed Proofreader Group would be used as a control group
to get information to assist in getting proof reading protocols to be
developed. He feels this would be an interesting experiment.
To Do
Doug to send Winnie Booki-dev URL to create account/email
Winnie to send meeting notes to Booki-dev list
Winnie to identify with Brewster who at IA needs to be present for
technical meeting
Next meeting set for last week of March/first week of April. Tentative
Wed 31 March
