[Booki-dev] floss manuals booki not working wiht objavi

>From my own experience with Booki and OBJAVI I'd say you need to
configure OBJAVI to recognize the URL of FM Booki, otherwise it will
do just what you are seeing.  I had to install and configure my own
OBJAVI's to get around this, but you can probably just have the
existing OBJAVI configured.
