[Booki-dev] Formula Editor

Hi guys,

I'm not sure if there is anything we can do about it or not, but the
Formulas created by the editor look great in edit view, but when looked
at in reading view, they loose their layout and formatting, and then
when going back into the editor they have lost their layout there too.
The layout isn't regained when exported to pdf either. Since this is a
plugin accessed via another plugin I wasn't sure if it was something to
add a ticket for or not.

I only discovered this while writing this weeks tutorial which is on
inserting symbols and formulas.  When I was adding formulas to a chapter
they all looked great, but when I came back the following day to finish
the tutorial they had lost their layout.
