[Booki-dev] ToDo trouble

  Hey bookis,

Attached is a patch which should allow users to add new ToDo items but 
it's broken.  I've spent the last two days hacking this all together but 
now in this final stage of hooking front and back-end up, I'm in a bit 
over my head.  The main problem is that I've now broken javascript and I 
can't find my mistake.  Aco please help!!!  (also feel free to make fun 
of me ;)

If we can get this sorted out, it should just be a matter of a bit of 
testing and hooking up the update and delete functions to the jquery bits.

Adam, very sorry for the delays getting this implemented.  I will be in 
Stuttgart this week leading a workshop but I should be able to jump 
online in the evenings to do some hacking.  I'm travelling tomorrow 
afternoon but I will be in my hotel by around 7 PM CET.
