[Booki-dev] messaging migration

Hello,

Tried to migrate to Booki version using messaging. However it seems to
require a bit of database tweaking.

Got this error message: "Caught DatabaseError while rendering: relation
"messaging_endpoint" does not exist"
So how do I do the migration for the database? I can see the migration files
are there, but I don't exactly know how to use them...
