[Booki-dev] Cant export book

Hi guys,

We've had an enquiry from the forum where someone can't export their  
book with the license CC-BY-SA and the book size USTRADE.
I tried exporting one of my books with these settings and the  
progress bar fills up but the link to the new book never appears.
When I tried exporting the same book with the default settings (GPL  
and COMICBOOK), the export worked fine.
