[Booki-dev] Installing objavi

thanks guys for pointing this out. the repo.or.cz is stale since about 
one year now. we definitely should remove it from books and other 
install guides.

the lxml package needed is called python-lxml on debian

one more note - for multicolumn (newspaper) layouts objavi needs a 
working latex installed on the system. this is a dependency of pdfedit 
but not mentioned in its depends (on debian at least). i installed tetex 
and it worked.
