Paolo,

There are problems with the PDF from FLOSS Manuals (the PDF button)
and the printable HTML has the chapters out of sequence.  These are
known problems which have been reported.  The PDF you cannot open is a
"web format" PDF with a table of contents pane.  It is not the same as
the one in archive.org.  We probably want to refer people to
archive.org.  The book there will tell them about the website.
