[Booki-dev] Booki.cc upgrade

Hi everyone,

i have upgraded site http://www.booki.cc/ to latest version of booki.
I had to change location for all the attachments and books so there
might be some issues with the site. I did some basic testing, but if
you notice something please scream so i can fix it as soon as
possible.

Unfortunately i did not have enough free space on disk to duplicate
attachments and backup, so i had to move them and that is why we had
to be offline for 10 minutes. Sorry about that.
