[Booki-dev] booki versioning bugs

i fixed it, it works now. i am not sure what you did over admin
interface for sure, but at the end it was pointing to the wrong book
version (1.0) and there were two versions with the same name (2.0).
did you manualy created 2nd  book version (2.0) or they did it over
web interface....also, you might change manualy reference to the
current book version. whooo knows.

will look if there could be some bug, in case of error it should not
commit any of the half done changes. maybe if two people clicked
create new version at the same time... will check it.
