[Booki-dev] Serious problem with OBJAVI

This is what I see when I run OBJAVI:

OBJAVI is working...

   1. wake up
   2. Load data
   3. Initialise the book
   4. Fetch the book
   5. Add css
   6. Add section titles
   7. Generate the main pdf
   8. Find page numbers
   9. Add gutters
   10. Calculate Table of Contents
   11. Generate preamble pdf
   12. Generate end matter pdf
   13. concatenate the pdfs
   14. Finished!

So step 8 apparently begins and then the whole thing is considered finished
even though steps 8-13 never got run.  Download the completed manual links
to a URL that is not found.

I'm doing the book "Make Your Own Sugar Activities!" on
booki.flossmanuals.net.
