[Booki-dev] Broken urls on farsi html version of htbic

Hi Thomas,

I have had a look at the broken links on the Farsi version of bypassing 
on the FM website.

The links that are broken are the chapters where the title is entirely 
in Farsi script. any chapters where the title contains at least one 
Latin character work fine so I think the issue is that the html 
generator uses the farsi in the chapter titles to generate the link to a 
chapter. However urls don't seem to like non-latin characters and so the 
resulting link is just to the Section folder which should contain the 
chapter.

I will need to check with the FM developers on this one (I've forwarded 
this email on to them) as It seems to be an issue with the HTML 
generator and I am guessing that any book that has chapter names that do 
not include any Latin characters will have the same problem.

I will keep you update on the progress.
