[FM Discuss] audacity book price

I think it would be good to add a sentence explaining what the extra
income from the higher price is used for (ie funding the FM project),
just so people are clear.  It's implied but not clearly stated.

I imagine if people are clear about the purpose of this they may be more
willing to opt for paying that rate.  Another option might be to think
of a higher rate for institutions, but for first offs I guess something
more informal is better.
