good point. I just added:
"FLOSS Manuals sells its manuals with a variable pricing scheme. You can
choose to purchase this printed manual at cost price (<b>€5.87 / $7.25
USD</b>) or higher. Extra income from the higher price goes towards
FLOSS Manuals operating costs."
