[FM discuss] FM to be at wikimania

sounds good, see no reason why not to big up the FM a bit 
...  well done on getting the invite and funds.

Sorry, I didn't reply to the earlier GPL question, brief 
response: I think maybe just to stick with GPL as sole 
licence and to provide a simple explanation as to why we 
are using it.  For new tutorials it does not pose a 
significant problem as long as people understand the 
reasoning behind it.  For people transferring tutorials 
from elsewhere that are already under a different licence 
we could offer the option for dual licencing with the 
existing licence (providing it does not conflict with 
GPL), otherwise suggest that people view the FM version of 
the tutorial as a fork.
