[FM discuss] FM to be at wikimania

one thing i do wonder is what would be the experience of someone wanting
to contribute...specifically i wonder if they would know what to do. 

I thought about these options:
* put some kind of text on 'home' of each edit section which describes
what needs to be done. for example, at:
http://en.flossmanuals.net/bin/view/DarwinStreamingServer/WebHome

there could be a 'todo' list at the top of the page...edited only by the
project maintainer...this would perhaps point out pages that need
content/editing/layout etc

* put a 'progressbar' on each manual edit homepage or each manual
page...


it would mean a bit more work for the maintainer, to check things and
keep it up to date...

what do you think?
