[FM discuss] cc-like fm gpl

hi all,
        
        I have just put up a license notice for the GPL, you can see it
        here:

        This is a rip-off of the creative commons gpl wrapper :
        http://creativecommons.org/license/cc-gpl
        
        according to the cc-list they dont copyright their license texts
        so i
        used it to form the above text which makes using fm content a
        bit
