[FM discuss] new editor in place

Spoke too soon. Maybe it's this caching problem again (either my browser 
or the server), but the save-as-you-work changes do not appear in the 
manual until I do the final save. Am I expecting something incorrect? 
How would I use this save-as-you-go feature to recover changes that I 
lost due to, say, accidentally using the Apple+leftarrow key?
