[FM discuss] controlling line spacing

I don't see *any* <p> tags in the page I'm working on now 
(PureData/SimpleSynthesizer). So this doesn't explain the doubled line 
spacing I see there.

But in any case, I think if people need the <p> tag, they can add it 
manually. But I don't know if the <p> tag is useful someplace else along 
the line, like in printing or generating the PDF.
