OK. I made Introduction a header, not a chapter. I'll have to fix that...

Sorry for not reading the earlier email more carefully.
Now I see it, all the way down on the bottom. Thanks for this, it does
what I asked, but it seems a bit of a kludge in terms of usability for
other contributors later on. I guess I was hoping for a clearer, more
visually obvious solution, but hey, maybe I paid too much attention to
my college web design instructors! They always said "Home = top left
with a big, obvious button". I tend to agree with them, since this is
how most (usable) websites operate and what most people expect.
Ditto with the viewing interface. This stuff isn't critical for me right
now, as I'm working on the PD manual, but I do think it's necessary if
we want to incorporate more people later on.
