[FM discuss] new solved/not solved check list

so...i think we have solved most things so far derek? 

SOLVED
* mr snow killed the browser-back issue with the apple-arrow key and
will update the apple-arrow later to go to the beginning of the line

* put the 'logged in as' text in at the top of the edit bar on the left

* there is now a quicklinks bar at the top of every page in the edit
section, also there is the copyright holder listed to credit ppl
clearly, but also so u can check the page has the right copyright holder


NOT SOLVED
* css line breaks in editor...since its not so urgent perhaps mr.snow
and i will leave it till later



please check the solved list to make sure its what you were meaning (all
feedback from anyone on these changes also welcome) ...
