[FM Discuss] puredata icons

Hi Adam,

thanks, I'll look at what I've got so far and think about which icons 
are needed. I might actually make a list of images to generate instead. 
I had thought of keeping much closer to the analog synth idea, and at 
least that's what my first tutorial does. But in general, it might be 
too limiting. Anyways, I have this one job to finish for someone and 
hope to get back to work on the manual late this week or next.
