[FM Discuss] kompozer manual?

Hi,

I think Ben Dembroski, who wrote the original NvU tutorial, was willing
to maintain it and have CC'ed him into this (not sure if he is on this
list?). But I know Ben is very busy with writing up a PhD right now.
I'll chat it over with him and see what we can do.
