[FM Discuss] Small updates

Just wanted to say, Wow. These are nice additions that will be so
helpful to us next week. Thank you thank you!

I love the drag and drop of chapters, it looks so cool while you're
moving them. With all the chapters our books will have, this feature
will be a big time saver.

I'm curious - how is the 50% complete bar going to be calculated (from
the http://clean.flossmanuals.net/bin/view/MuSE/WebHome URL)? Or is it
estimated by a person?

Looks absolutely lovely. I need to get in there and do some real writing!
