i think Joshua or someone from the Inkscape docs team can answer that
but i would maybe look at the any of the chapters not marked complete or
unpublished. the unpublished ones need to be worked into the structure
somewhere and are at this time empty. so best to choose any of the
others and edit away :)

looks good!... I just marked it as needing proofing...someone will mark
it complete when it has been proofed

it gets marked published when we publish the entire manual
