[FM Discuss] ubuntu competition

I had seen this, but I hadn't thought of submitting a FM manual.  I'm
not sure if it's applicable, but it would be amazing if it were.

The showcase from the definition I understood was it was oriented
towards artwork and media, not copy.  But a really tight FM would
totally be Art.  What's the most polished, Audacity?
