[FM Discuss] changing servers

hey

So, a few things about sys admin. Thanks to everyone that offered to
help me admin the site. I will make some chapters for a FM sys admin
manual. I will do it quickly and then contact everyone that offered
individually and go through it. 

Also, we have noticed a dramatic upward shift of visits recently and
thankfully we are just shifting to new servers. We hope this will mean
the site will be quick. I have noticed recently that the WRITE section
has been a little slow to load.

They will host the FM site from now on and the current server will
become our dev server for the new FM.
