I dont have a description of the process. We are hacking our way through
it but essentially we can do this 'easily' because FM does not use wiki
markup but uses xhtml as its storage format. So we start with xml
generated by the WYSIWYG editor and we use htmltidy on the backend to
make sure its nice and clean. Then we define the css styles and use Pisa
to follow that to generate PDF.
The main CSS rules Luka is implementing for the paged media are outlined
