Seth, et al.

Seth, I didn't realize that you were part of the FM community. I hope I
am not rehashing an old topic.

One of the things I am trying to start is documentation collaboration
between Sugar Labs and OLPC. The basic idea was to create a
distribution agnostic set of documentation which individual distros can
cherry pick from to create their own documentation. It seems that remix
has already solved that problem.

The next step is to figure out how to do this without reinventing the
wheel at every stage. The best idea that I have come up with is using
an edited version of FM's OLPC manual as the official Sugar
documentation.

This would mean mirroring FM's sugar content on wiki.sugarlabs.org. In
return we could provide attribution to FM for the content, redirect all
edits and translations back to fm.net, and point potential writers to
the FM community.

thanks
dfarning
