you can change how a chapter is known from this page . it doesnt  
change the filename, only how it looks on screen

from this page you can press the "EDIT" button to change how the page  
is known

to delete a chapter use this page . it is available from the left

oops help i accidentally published basics  ! HELP ! ( adam, sorry )

so to publish a page, you press the big red publish button on the  
left hand side . perhaps it is only available to a few people . you  
should probably ask adam to publish the pages you want .

from this page, you can drag and drop the chapters into the order of  
how you want the manual to look
it is available from the left hand menu bar .
