Well, to tell the truth, it is Java and I have been told that Alchemy  
works fine on Linux :)

Please try the JAR executable file here:

I think most things should work ok, except for maybe the Alchemy Help  
which is native :(
But who needs that with a FLOSS manual in hand!

I really need to install Linux and actually test with it...
Is Ubuntu the way to go?
