[FM Discuss] upgrading FM

FM will be down for a short time today (for about 15 mins) while I
upgrade the entire site. Upgrade includes some small bug fixes and some
additional functionality including:
* WYSIWYG editor works in safari (great!)
* WYSIWYG editor no longer places odd characters in the text if using
Firefox
* upgrade of localisation plugin 
* remix preview css template fix
* faster loading remix embed script
* firefox 3 fix for remix embed script
* wiki spam blacklisting
* internationalisation fixes
* twiki upgrade (4.0 -> 4.2)

This upgrade will also be used for our forthcoming farsi and bengali
sites. We are also building a new translation site for the temporary
housing of translations of manuals into any language, more on this later
but the new version will of course be used for this also.

I will post when the upgrade is complete. When it has been done I would
appreciate any feedback if anything looks odd or any 'bugs' asap so I
can fix them quickly.
